April 2007. AEC, Inc. is contracted to develop a SITE PLAN for Founding Faith Worship Center's Cogburn Rd. Property.

On Friday November 24, 2006 Founding Faith Worship Center and King's Ridge Christian School exchanged 1.27 acres of land.

December 9, 2005 Founding Faith closed on a two-acre parcel of land in Alpharetta, Georgia. It was a long, narrow strip of property just 76 ft wide and almost 1200 ft long. However, long before the purchase actually took place, the church contacted surrounding landowners to see if anyone would be interested in trading an acre of their adjacent property for an acre of this strip of land, thereby creating a build-able area to construct a church building.

It was soon discovered that King's Ridge Christian School had recently purchased 70 adjacent acres of land and was willing to make this exchange.

This "Land Swap" took  place on November 24, 2006 and created a rectangular two-acre plot with 226 feet of frontage on Cogburn Road at a depth of 407 feet.
